One of my favorite aspects of a hotel stay is the genuine hospitality and dedicated service. From the attentive security guards to the welcoming valet team, every staff member at the hotel I recently visited embodied the essence of true hospitality.The location of the hotel, close to the Marina Mall and beach, was ideal for a relaxing getaway. The beach club offered a serene ambiance, and activities like yoga added to the overall experience. I must mention Issam, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly made us feel like VIP guests.Despite a small hiccup with breakfast timings, the receptionist, Ms. Mary, handled the situation with grace and ensured we were well taken care of. My experience at this hotel was superb, and I look forward to visiting again soon.
